We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for updates. By continuing to use our site after changes are made, you accept the revised Terms and Conditions.
Your Account
If you register for an account with us, you must provide accurate information and keep your account password secure. You are responsible for any activity made through your account. Inform us immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breaches. Accounts are for individual use only. Businesses and commercial entities may not register for consumer accounts.
Ordering
We strive to display products accurately online. However, actual colors and dimensions may vary slightly. Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only; the actual product you receive may differ.
Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing or other errors.
Delivery
Delivery timeframes displayed are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any losses related to delayed shipments or product unavailability. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping charges and sales tax, if applicable, are added at checkout based on your shipping address and the items in your cart. All shipments are sent signature required as proof of delivery.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any merchandise that has been used or damaged after receipt.
Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable. Sale items may also be excluded.
Intellectual Property
The content of our website, including logos, graphics, images, designs, photographs, text, illustrations, software, and other materials are copyrighted works of Yumsu Noodles protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed under UK law without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall fall under exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts located in London. If any provision is deemed unenforceable or invalid by court, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Additional Terms of Use
User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account with Yumsu® Noodles. Accounts registered by businesses, affiliates, bots, or anyone under 18 may be deleted without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities made through your account. Notify our customer service immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account.
Yumsu® Noodles reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or delete accounts at our sole discretion, including any accounts engaging in suspicious, fraudulent, or potentially illegal activities. No refunds will be provided if your account is closed.
Product Reviews
We welcome open and honest reviews based on your experiences with our products. However, reviews must comply with the following guidelines or may be removed:
- Reviews must reflect first-hand product experience and be relevant to the specific item. Reviews on unrelated topics or addressing customer service issues will be deleted.
- Reviews cannot contain offensive, defamatory, or abusive content. Constructive criticism is always welcome, but personal attacks will not be tolerated.
- Reviews must be original content free from plagiarism or copyright violations. Duplicating content from external sources or other reviews is prohibited.

Shipping Policies
Delivery Timeframes
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Published timeframes for order processing and shipping are estimates only based on average order volume and past delivery data.
We are not liable for any losses related to delayed shipments or product unavailability. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total and shipping address at checkout. For large or heavy items, additional charges may apply.
We make every effort to ensure shipping costs are accurate, but in rare cases miscalculations may occur resulting in adjustment charges after checkout. If the adjusted shipping fees are unacceptable, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Signature Required
All shipments are sent with signature required as proof of delivery. If no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a delivery notice and return on a separate day. Refusal to accept a delivery may incur additional redelivery charges.
Customs Duties
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be levied once the package reaches the destination country. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient to the local customs office; we have no control over such fees.
Sale & Promotion Terms
Limited Time Offers
Special promotions and discounts are valid for limited times only while supplies last. Offers may expire or change without notice. Only available items are eligible for promotional pricing and offers.
Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated, special offers and discounts cannot be combined or applied to prior purchases or orders, gift cards, textbooks, custom orders, or certain branded items. Additional exclusions may apply.
No Price Adjustments
We cannot honor requests for price adjustments on orders placed before a special promotion or sale period. To receive the best pricing, place your order during the sales promotion window.
Quantities Limited
We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities for special promotional items. Bulk orders or multiple purchases may not be combined with promotions.
No Rain Checks
Out of stock items eligible for a promotion are not rain checked. Unavailable sale items may be restocked at regular pricing after the promotion window expires.
Error Correction
If an item price, shipping cost, offer, or other detail is listed incorrectly, we reserve the right to make corrections at any time, even after an order is submitted. We will contact you if any corrections impact order fulfillment or post-sale obligations.
Return & Exchange Policies
Inspect Shipments Upon Arrival
Carefully inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery before signing to accept shipment from the carrier. Report any damage or errors promptly by submitting a return request on our website or contacting Customer Service.
Proof of Shipment
Retain the packing slip and shipping label from any returned packages as proof of return until refund confirmation. We are not liable for shipments lost in return transit if you cannot provide valid proof of shipping.
Return Timeframe
Most unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Note: Sale merchandise, custom goods, and certain products like food or personal care items may be subject to shorter return windows.
Return Condition
Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags to obtain a refund. Used, damaged, or incomplete items may be rejected or refunded at a reduced rate.
Non-Returnable Goods
Personalized custom merchandise is non-refundable. Other products like food, supplements, clearance items, or intimates may have restricted return policies. Review individual product pages carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Yumsu® Noodles error. Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage until your refund is confirmed. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Process and Timing
Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, allow 2-3 weeks for refund processing. Refunds are issued in the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange an item for a different product, size, or color, please submit a return request then place a new order for the preferred item. Note: Online orders can only be exchanged for other online merchandise.

Order Cancellations
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however orders with status “In Process” or “Ready for Shipment” may no longer be cancelled online. Please contact Customer Service immediately with requests to cancel orders in these stages.
For orders still in “Submitted” status, customers may cancel online through their account. Orders cancelled by 11:59 pm UK time are eligible for a full refund. Further delivery and return policies still apply once an order ships.
Product Recalls
In the event of a product recall or safety alert, we will post prominent notices online and contact any affected customers directly by email or phone. Stop using recalled products immediately and dispose of them as instructed.
Depending on the recall, we may issue automatic account credits or require items to be returned to Yumsu® Noodles to receive a full refund. Customers are responsible for following provided instructions, including covering any shipping charges.
